Millar Road comprises two two-bedroom villas, a 4 x 15 metre swimming pool and a pool house incorporating a bar perfect for preparing evening cocktails. Living, dining and kitchen areas in each residence are spacious, open-plan affairs that integrate with outdoor terraces to expand the entertaining areas and allow for indoor-outdoor wining, dining and relaxing.

We provide luxury self-catering accommodation. You will receive generous breakfast provisions on arrival, after that it’s over to you to fend for yourselves. Hawke’s Bay is a food and wine lover’s paradise and we find that most of our guests want a combination of dining out at some of our fabulous restaurants and cafés and eating in, whether that be cheese and wine on the terrace or something fancier. We can also put you in touch with local catering firms if you would like to be looked after in house.

Villa 1

Our villas are essentially identical. Each has two king bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms containing a shower, toilet and wash basin. A ‘bathing room’ at the rear of each villa and accessible from each ensuite bathroom contains a cradle bath ideal for soaking away aches and pains after a long day’s lying by the pool.

If you're in party mode, why not take both villas, bring along seven friends and let the fun begin. Both villas provides 4 king double bedrooms in total, each with ensuite bathrooms. Each villa has dining tables big enough for 8 people and enough crockery, cutlery and glassware to cater for such groups.

Deposit and Cancellation Information

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%.

Children are welcome.
Children under 2 are free of charge.

Minimum Stay:
2 nights between 01 Oct 2004 and 31 Dec 2020

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
No charge to the extent bookings replaced. We recommend travel insurance. Please note that larger bookings and event bookings may be subject to an amended cancellation policy.

Payment Policy:
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Full amount is payable upon arrival.
